How to make a dress out of Capri Sun wrappers?

I have looked all over the internet for patterns or some form of guide to make a dress out of the juice pouches. I would really appriciate a guide to make this! Just a heads-up I am very small (Like a size 0 or 2) so instructions are even that much harder to find! Thank You!
