Is this a scam to get money?

An advert on Gumtree 'flat and house' to let section is giving out a telephone number to ring to register for private housing. But it costs �1.50 a minute plus network charges? Its called The Housing Support Line. They dont have a website and they are based in Hastings. Have you used this phone line to find housing.
