Why is Ron Paul incapable of taking a pro-America stance on any issue?

I'm getting so sick of the blame America first crowd. Very disappointing that this anti-Americanism has infected the Republican party. If Ron Paul becomes president who is he going to make Secretary of Defense? Michael Moore? Cindy Sheehan?
