My whole family hates me because i let them down?

so my family absolutely hates this other family in our town. they're the hastings. (for all you shakespeare fanatics, we're like the Capulets and Montagues) so i had a lacrosse game against one of the hastings daughters and my whole family was kind of counting on me to win... but we lost. now my parents and all of my siblings are really mad at me.... what do i do?
