With the 28th pick, The Bulls should pick Boston College PG Reggie Jackson. He will serve as a solid backup to Rose. With the 30th, they should take Nikola Vucevic from USC to serve as a solid backup C. And E'Twaun Moore as a solid wing man with the 43rd.
