Messed up my sleep pattern and now I feel really odd? :(?

The last couple of nights it's been really hot so I've had trouble sleeping and not really getting to sleep till like 3 to 4 o'clock in the morning and yesterday evening I had a nap and then when I tried to sleep I was perfectly awake and I've got up this morning a little earlier on purpose so that I can get to sleep tonight. I've probably had about six hours sleep. The weird thing is I don't feel that tired and I feel really odd :\.
