My black moore goldfish... I need help!!!!?

Well for the longest time, one of my black moore goldfish has just been swimming upside down, and he usually likes to stay at the top of the tank sideways in a "C" kind of shape... I've had them both for 5-6 months now and they don't have any disease and the other one is swimming just fine... What's up with him???!!
