Rented a game from hastings?

I rented a game from hastings for my brother a few months ago. Well he told me he was going to keep it and would not give it back so I could return it. Will hastings continue to charge me week by week until it is returned or do they just charge you the cost of the game? THANKS IN ADVANCE!
