What are some abandoned places not to far from hastings on hudson?

i have been looking for some good abandoned buildings near hastings. but i have only found one so far. i don't have a car or b able to get a ride any were so maximum distance like 20min walk. please let me know if any one knows of any abandoned buildings thanks.
