Where an I buy malt powder in East Sussex or Kent.?

NOT malted milk powder, such as Horlicks, but natural malt powder. Neither Holland and Barrett nor Julian Graves sell it, neither does the local independent health food shop. I live in St Leonards on Sea (between Hastings and Bexhill.)
