How to dress like A mixture of Spencer Hastings and Hannah Marin ?

SO im going into the 8th grade yayy and I Love spencers style but also Hannahs so ow can I pull of both I NEED REALLY DESCRIPTIVE OUTFITS .. if you dont mind and Im african american loose curly hair mostly straightened and Im 5.2 105 pounds dancers body the usual :) thank you in advance
