Southern Mayor's Refusal to let Homeless Tornado Victims Occupy Temporary Housing by FEMA has Sparked Outrage?

I think it's a shame and a disgrace and that Scott should be fired and replaced immediatly with someone with a little common sense. I feel terrible for these people.
