What is a really good book to read?

I'm not talking Twilight crap, I mean a decent book that has some significance. I've already read vonnegut, steinbeck, harry potters, hitchhiker's guide,christopher moore, edward abbey and farley mowat, among others of course. Can anyone give me any suggestions along these lines? I like satire, ironic humor, psychedelic qualities, outlandishness and a really good style of writing. This may be asking too much...thanks anyways:)
