The Battle of Hastings -1066?

William set sail from ST VALERY-SUR-SOMME to HASTINGS,it was there at SENLAC HILL,that the Battle of Hastings was fought. The Duke of Normandy,WILLIAM,became King of England after defeating HAROLD II in that battle,14th October 1066.The Bayeux Tapestry depicts the famous battle,you can view the Tapestry in the Bayeux Museum,Normandy,its 225ft long ! @edit,Ichiban my friend,I know what a fool I am,I just thought I could get in before the Hollywood lot,this could be our only piece of history they allow us to have as our own !
