What's the title of this movie?

I remember, I watched the movie about two young friends (he and she) from Vancouver. They were addicted, so the movie was happened in East Hastings, mainly. The guy got the magic chair from his old friend and when he sit in the chair he could go to past and change it. He wanted to safe life of her. It's good movie but I can't remember the name. Thank you.
