Can a ragdoll cat be bicolour and mitted?

Yes, they can be both, although it isn't as common and is a mismark - in fact, to register them, Ragdoll breeders are forced to register as a mitted with blaze. There are many breeders who are trying to get this patter accepted in TICA (but I believe it's a lost cause).
