Can i go to jail for not returning my game to hastings music and book store?

It depends. If you simply forgot to return it, then they'll probably have a fixed amount that you have to pay for every day that it's late. If you keep it for too long, then they will probably demand that you give them full payment for the game. If you simply refuse to give it back or pay, then maybe; it will classed as theft. It's more likely you'll pay a fine though.
