Why isn't the book at Hastings?

Okay so I read the first two books in the Touch series by Laurie Stolars....in like 2010 or 2009? Anyways, the third book! It came out in like January or something. I can't find it ANYWHERE! I've been to Hastings, Walmart, and some other book place. I would go to Barnes and Noble, but the closest one is like two hundred miles away. IS THERE ANYWHERE IT IS AT!??!!?!?!
